Acting as the project’s design lead and coordinator, Kari managed the planning, sequencing, and execution of trades, gaining hands-on expertise in restoration, construction processes, and material selection. This experience has further strengthened her authority in evaluating homes, advising on renovation potential, and guiding clients through both the opportunities and complexities of building and restoration, an invaluable perspective she brings to every property she represents.
